    I need help because I want to stop drinking alcohol and I need tips on how to do it cold turkey because I always go to drinking once something bad in my life happens

    I don't know how much or how long you've been drinking, but you should know that quitting alcohol cold turkey can be dangerous for people who have been heavy drinkers. If that describes you, you may want to consider seeing an addiction specialist. They can help you quit alcohol in a way that will minimize any danger and withdrawal symptoms.
