      hey you. i was at this women's group last night and they closed the evening with a Lakota song... this woman was singing so beautifully. i thought of you and prayed for you during the song.. :) hope you're feeling better.

        I think my cold is starting to break. Sneezing has stopped and feeling less achy.

        It's awesome to hear that the women's group youre associated with has a Lakota connection.

        They are, and have always been a strong and vibrant people.
