4 days without smoking ....

    Wishing you the best of luck. Quitting smoking is definitely hard! Just know that the longer you go without a cigarette, the easier the cravings are on you mentally. Eventually, you'll notice that you don't even need a cigarette to function in life!

    Hi @deanokat, my computer was broken, I been offline all the time, but I was at my promise lol I didn't smoke (I broke the rules 1 day only) but now I'm much better thank you for asking :)

    Hi @L_B thank you for asking, my computer was completly dammaged that's why I couldn't write here in the forum :) I'm doing great and I still none smoker for now :)

    yeah it's really hard, you can't get angry or stressed or you'll smoke again, lol that's the biggest problem I'm facing now :/

    I'm much better now thank you bro :) I bypassed the hardest steps and now I'm a none smoker without any problems :) thank you dude :)

    You will start to feel much better in time. Stop smoking is just one of the things that you can make certain that you have in place. It is one of the options that you need. You will start feeling better shortly. It is one of the many thngs that you are looking forward to and can utilize for a healthier life.

    yeah you are right, now I feel much better, but I just knew that stop smoking is just the beggining, I have to stay away from smoking and this is biggest challange !

    Thank you for your whises bro, you are right, it's not that easy to stop smoking, well for now I still feel like I need a cigarette when I get angry, but I re-think again and I find that it's not that necessary

    Hi bro, I been just like you and I really advice you to do the first step and throw that poison away ! you need to make a final decision and stop hurting your self and we will support you for that :)

    First of all, Congratulations. All the things that you listed are common when coming off of nicotine. It is your body getting rid of all the toxins that have built up. I would suggest getting a stress ball. They are very useful. I use one because I have really bad temper.

    That is awesome that you have made it to day four! You are just beginning the hard process of quitting, but it is going to be well worth it in the end. Keep pushing forward and you will soon come to realize the awesome benefits of not being a regular smoker. The first two weeks are going to be the hardest, but once you get through the you're going to find that it's easier and easier to make it through.

    Good job! I am right along with you, day 3 of quitting! I am experiencing symptoms as well as my husband. Once we get through this then we will be feeling much healthier! Good luck!
