Addiction to shopping

    Yeah that's why I buy sneakers instead of heels. I've got enough of those. Guess what? The shopping addiction, spending addiction goes away when you eat raw foods. Imagine that! Processed, chemically laced foods cause a whole slew of impulsive erratic behavior where you have to spend, eat and do things that you really don't want to do. I'm just thinking it must fuel some drug addictions for people too.

    I don't think that excessive shopping can be considered an addiction, at least not from a medical point of view. Usually, people have some inner problems and they try to compensate their lack of something by buying stuff they don't need and that they will never use. I'd say that it's more of a symptom, rather than a problem per se.

    If you are addicted to shopping I suppose you must be buying only items in your list. Make a list of what you are going to buy before you go to shop. Don't buy what your friends buy but buy only the necessary goods.
