@Angelito... I would suggest you see an addiction specialist. Even though you may not be an every day user, you still seem to have some kind of dependence on cocaine. An addiction specialist can assess your situation and recommend the best next steps for you. He or she could also tell you what places could help you.

Have you ever been to an NA meeting? If you haven't, I'd suggest you find one in your area and check one out.

We are here for you, to help and support you however we can. Stop by anytime.

Sending you positive, clean & sober vibes.

@Angelito... Do you have a smart phone? If so, you can get an app that will help you find a meeting in the Norfolk area. The link to the app is on the Tidewater Intergroup Council of Alcoholics Anonymous website. Here's the link:

Here is contact information for that group in case you want to call or email them:

    24 HOUR HOTLINE (757) 490-3980
    Tidewater Intergroup Council
    4968 Euclid Rd., Suite F
    Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462
    Phone: (757) 490-3980

Also, there are SMART Recovery meetings in that area. SMART is a 12-step alternative program that has helped many, many people. Here is a link to the meetings in the Norfolk area:

    I hope this helps.
