I have completely withdrew my desire to go to the casino. If I had thousands of thousands of dollars and you dropped me off at a casino I'd come out with a job application. That's the mindset I had before I was cut down by a semi truck that wanted to text and drive.

I was out applying for jobs when suddenly on my way home a semi slammed into the back of me into another car, crushing me between the car in front of me.

My car is totaled and where I live there is no way to get to work. No bus. Not even a taxi that will come out this far. All because of someones irresponsibility I have been cut down in the middle of getting my life back together. I destroyed my life at the casino. My job was willing to take me back and I can't go back. I have no car. This time it's not even my fault.

I am running a hosting business soon from my bedroom. I am hoping that it will help me enough to eat at least. I am also offering a month of hosting for free with a 5$ donation.

Sorry to know about that but still good thing that you are okay after that accident. Or maybe you can try freelancing jobs online which can at least help you even little by little. Hoping you have a nice day.

Hi AngryItalian. Reading your story gave me feeling of angst because I felt the pain and loss from your words. I'm really sorry to hear about what you had to go through. It really hurts to know that right when you are ready to begin anew, something or someone suddenly prevents you from reaching your goals.

I guess all I can say right now is that, things might seem to be in a mess right now and nothing is going the way you want them to be but there is still a spark of hope for you. You survived the accident because there is still something good in store for you which will arrive at the right time.

I encourage you to never lose hope and I wish you strength not only in your physical aspect but most especially in your inner self to be able to face each day full of hope and vigor.

Did you get a settlement from the accident? I really hope things look up for you and that person never texts and drives again.

I am along to welcome you and join the others in hoping you find a solution. I encourage you to think positive thoughts and reject negativity in any form. What happened is tragic but I do believe that out of seemingly hopeless situations, something great can happen. I hope the hosting business gets off the ground and it provides you with some income to get you going. I truly wish you success and pray that everything will be okay.

It's so good when we get to know how others are doing isn't it? I too would love to know how AngryItalian is doing. I am hoping she is happy and cheerful.

Well, I am sorry that you are suffering Angry. Sadly, there are just things we can't control about this life, and we have to learn to cope with them as best as we can. I can't say that I always cope well, when things don't go my way, but it sounds like you are trying to make lemonade out of lemons, and for that I commend you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation, especially because it wasn't your fault at all... But sometimes we need situations like this to know that we are strong enough to face them and become more strong after that, I'm pretty sure that you are going to be one of those people, just don't give up.

I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you! Have you tried looking for jobs that can be done from home? I think right now the most important thing is that you keep a positive attitude, I mean, you could have died in that crash or end up incredibly disabled.
