I have heard this one a few times, and I feel it is very true. If you have a craving coming on there are four things your should always check. Am I Hungry? Am I Angry? Am I Lonely? Am I Tired? All four of these can be very common triggers, and may be why you are having a craving! If you fix the issue, the craving may lessen! This has helped me in the past, and may help others. Best of luck.
