How would you say you were able to find a way to cope with the withdrawal symptoms? I've heard a lot of things from different people, but I'm wondering how some people here are able to cope with it.

It's entirely dependent on the substance or activity you were originally addicted to, and the individual psychology of the addict themselves. There isn't really a one-pattern fits all approach to withdrawal. Obviously, if there are special medical interventions that need to be taken care of, then these will have an impact too.

It depends on the drug. Withdrawal symptoms can be controlled by self-confidence and proper plan.

    Hi Taylor,

I just wanted to reach out to you and see how you were doing?
It seems like you haven't been around since your original post, so I just wanted to see what you were or are on, what your symptoms are and what specifically you are dealing with.

Definitely depends on substance and or substance's.The crazier the cocktail or mix the crazier the coping mechanisms become, like literally i run 4 miles a day just as i wake up or i spend endless hour's trying to help other's with their addiction.Im no specialists or anything but I've detoxed from basically every drug you can name,So i take those experiences and offer advice and help people set up safe detox...Not easy detox there is no such thing but safe
