Other than drinking lots of water to help flush out your system, I'm not aware of anything you can eat or drink to make withdrawal easier.
I find juicing veges and fresh fruit helps, natural cleanser and energising. Improves nutrient absorption. Feeds good bacteria in your gut. Helps lower cholesterol. Helps detox your liver. Lowers blood sugar levels. Improves your skin. Broadens the range of vegetables you eat Since juice doesn’t have fiber, it doesn’t have the same digestion needs as regular food. Nutrients are more easily absorbed by your body. Fresh juices don’t burden your body with digestion needs, and gives your body time to eliminate toxins and detox itself. Key Point: Detox juice contains many beneficial nutrients due to its healthy raw ingredients. It can be used to help easily increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your die
Yes there is. You need electrolytes. Drink plenty of water and Gatorade. Eat something. I know it's hard to eat anything but try and eat something small. Fruits and veggies are best. Another thing you can do to get the toxins out of your system faster is to take charcoal capsules. You can find them at the drugstore. The best thing to do with meth withdrawal is to do what the drug takes from you: sleep and eat. That's what you're body needs.
Drink some chamomile tea, tons of water and get some powerade Also, drinking that MAY will help the salty, then sweet then repeat cravings you'll have.. it helped me and a few others as well. Cant make any promises though because it doesnt affect everyone the same. Get some lavender bath oil and either take a hot bath if your cold or a cold bath if your hot. I found that taking a hot bath actually jump start the whole meth high. Last, but not least, excuse me because i'm about to be not private, but its common for us females to get bladder/uti infections due to dehydration. water water water. And if you're like i use to be, a bottle of AZO pills. I mean the feeling like trash coming down is worse enough without the added female crap we have to deal with. Hope this helped a little. Feel better soon....
