Do you still believe them when they say they'll quit?

    It is difficult to quit using any substance. Good thing is he admits that he needs to quit smoking. A lot other people do not thus posing a challenge to those that might be trying to help them quit. When we believe in someone who admits they want to change it makes it easier for that to happen.

    Yes, he smoked a lot in the past, I think he smoked a pack daily D: Best of luck to you :) If you are here because you want to stop, then odds are you really want it, so you will surely make it :D Don't worry, just keep on trying, you need to convince yourself first...

    I know what I should be doing, but it's so hard :( I'm trying to calm myself down lately though, no nagging, no anything... I just casually ask him every once in a while how many cigarettes he has had any given day. 5 cigarettes a day might not sound like much (some people say), but they do add up. I'm trying not to worry about this though, I have problems of my own as well to worry about.
