A comfortable blanket can help you with your sleep, it doesn't have to be drinking.

I don't see the point of drinking alcohol to get to sleep, but sleeping after drinking is another matter. Many people have trouble sleeping due to work schedules or personal problems and start drinking alco to pass out. This is complete nonsense. I worked in a restaurant on the night shift and I had to sleep during the day, and it's pretty hard to fall asleep immediately during the day. One day I saw an ad on YouTube about a new weighted blanket that supposedly helps you fall asleep faster. I bought it at a discount, and I don't regret it. I fell asleep instantly, and this helped me gain strength for the next working day.
