Nothing is done without hard work that is true, we need to make an effort to go in the right direction and focus on what's important.
Looking forward and not in the past is key to a lot of things in life. We can't change the past but we can make do better for the present and future. This is something I had to teach myself because I dealt with regret and not forgiving myself for mistakes I've made.
What we need to pay attention to is the fact that most of these things happen in our head, so we are basically contaminating ourselves.
That's such an excellent point that you put forward. It's also what I struggled with when I was undergoing recovery. I was incredibly focused on the future, what my life would look like and what career path I would take. This actually caused me to stagnate for a couple of months. Time that would have been better spent on focusing on my day-to-day goals. Had I realized this sooner, I would've recovered at least 6-12 months earlier.
That is a very true statement. I hope a lot of people who need to see this, do. And that it helps them tremendously.
Yep, not only see this, but engrave this message in our minds because if we don't we might start worrying about things we should not.
