    Got Pain?
Alright if you have any kind of pain. You might want to kick the GMO’s and chemically processed foods. They can cause pain. Look it up. Its no joke. Unless you want to enjoy your misery, consider this as a way out of the pain.
Its my experience that drugs and certain foods cause pain. They can prolong and even cause pain. Look it up, even the sales person at the pet store said it. Lol
Its worth a try if you have any kind of pain. It might take awhile to detox the body so be patient.
Got Pain? …then you’ve got GMO’s. Oh yeah, I’m sorry you had a car accident. This is true, but do you want to make it worse. No. Do you want to make recovery longer?
Whatever makes you happy. This doctor was talking about this very thing of eating better and how some people don’t seem to want to. He said, “enjoy your misery. enjoy your misery.”

I wouldn't doubt gmo's could cause health problems. Think about it there using viruses in this stuff . If you ask me I think this should be illegal. Conventionally grown food already has enough chemicals in it. I wouldn't eat anything labeled gmo.

I would agree that eating healthy foods can generally make us healthy so,pains will less likely be present in our body. It is great to always have healthy foods but there could be various reasons why a person could not always have it such as availability, time and money.

Yep, many of the "better for you" foods do cost more...however, eating vegetables instead of meatbased dishes is generally it can usually come out in the wash. Many people will make their money that way. It is one of the things you can count on.

In today's world it can be easy to eat the processed food which can look like they are good for us when in fact they are not that good for the body and also they can be cheaper then the fruits and vegetables we need in our body and also we need to have moderation in our diet which can cause problems if we don't eat well for our health. I reckon in this day and age people are more busy with just getting the basic needs in the house and also they may not worry too much about what they eat just that it fills the stomach, which does the job for them and it can be salty or fatty food which may seem cheap. I think that we need to be aware of what we consume as it is easy to go for the foods which are not going to make us feel good if we eat the food which can make us think that the food is alright and nothing is going to happen.

I agree... eating the way nature intended is so hard nowadays... is not about wanting, but about being able to. I can't eat the foods that I am supposed to eat (healthy) because they are so expensive. This person sounded kinda judgmental, almost as if she was blaming those in pain for their own ''misery''. The nerve of some people.

Plus in order to be able to stop the inflammatory process it's necessary to avoid ALL processed foods... good luck with that, because most stuff we buy is processed... anything in a can, a packet, bottle, a box... is processed.

In my opinion, processed foods have never been healthy in any way. They were just meant to quench our hunger and that's all they ever do. They never provide our bodies with the needed nutrients but they just dump our bodies with chemicals which in return make us unhealthy. Our system is not nurtured by GMOs so we tend to feel weaker and more prone to illness and pains.

This is just unfounded diatribe. There simply isn't the science or studies available to back your claims up.

I wonder whether the pain you're feeling is the result of a specific food allergy, rather than the result of consuming certain genetically modified foods? Many people can live for years with both mild and often quite serious food allergies which cause them all manner of problems. I know of a woman who was diagnosed with celiac disease in her 70s! Perhaps see a specialist physician if you think this might be the case.

There is 0% evidence that GMO foods are harmful in any way to human health. Lumping them in with processed foods which is an entirely different category with a different definition and characteristics is ignorant at best.

I do not believe that processed foods are that much worse for you than some of the other stuff we eat.

You don't believe that added salt, fat, and high fructose corn syrup is bad for you? It is. My point was that GMO isn't and that the OP shouldn't lump it in the same category.

Most of the foods we eat look nothing like the distant relatives we created them out of anyway. Organisms are generally genetically modified to make them more resilient to drought or other bad growing conditions. I've never heard of any scientifically proven claims of GMO foods causing pain.

I haven't heard of that, but I do know that some common ailments in our world can be improved by healthier eating. Things like fibromyalgia, rosacea, etc. are improved with a healthier lifestyle. And when it comes to a "healthier lifestyle" that also includes a little exercise every day. There are tons of people that just don't get enough movement in as well as the correct nutrients.

GMO foods are safe and often healthier to eat than some of the alternatives. It is sheer ignorance to lump them in with processed foods or claim that they are unhealthy. There is no scientific evidence that they are harmful or contribute to pain whatsoever. There is plenty of evidence and historical data to back GMO foods up as being healthy and safe alternatives. Foods that don't need pesticides and grow in tough conditions have helped starving populations world over. There was major crisis averted in India and southeast Asia many years ago thanks to genetically modified wheat. Pain control does include eating healthy, but to vilify healthy and important foods based on FUD is not appropriate.
