Woo Hoo! Awesome! Keep doing what you are doing. Sleep will come back, it just takes time. Try excercise or meditate. Hang in there, you got this.

Hi, I'm so proud of you for quitting again. I can relate to you in every way. I've never went to a facility, nobody in my life knows I am addicted to oxy and percocet. I have been on and off like a rollercoaster for 17 years, and I'm 32. I've come to these forums myself looking to support to continue on the journey of recovery. Thank you for sharing your story, it helps me to feel like I'm not alone and that I can relate to others in my struggle. Keep up the tough work, one day at a time.

I would recommend just telling everyone in your family about your addiction. I was in the the same situation years ago and that was the best decision I ever made. I know its difficult to do but the support you will end up getting and them holding you accountable will help you in the long run.

I hope you kept moving forward. It would mean that you must be clean for over an year now, and this is something everyone on this forum should celebrate. I hope you're doing well in these hard times when it is so easy to go again on the wrong path of your life. It would be truly devastating, so let's hope that you are in a good shape and that you're doing just fine. Drug abuse is real and is damaging. I used to order cbd products from, but I never really abused of these products. Prescription drugs have the ability to make you an addict very fast, so having the support of the family is vital in order to overcome this.
