I can't change myself for good, help!

    It is a good thing that you are thinking of changing for the better. You will need to have more motivation to translate that to actions. Maybe you can find local groups there that are helping someone with a case like you. Or seek professional help if you feel good with it.

    It would be helpful to know what you are looking to change about yourself, but I think something that really could help is to focus on really small goals that you can achieve in a short amount of time instead of just saying "I want EVERYTHING about myself to be better." So for instance, if eating healthier is something you want to do, have your goal be for the week to keep track of all the food you are eating. That particular habit has been excellent for me; you can't lie about what you've eaten that day if you force yourself to write it down.

    Thejamal is right, you need to break everything down into smaller goals. Trying to change everything all at once is a sure fire route to failure and disillusionment. Smaller changes, made gradually are more likely to stick.
