My suggestion to you would be not to turn towards alcohol simply because alcohol will not solve the issue. I'm sorry that your relationship did not work out, but you must remind yourself of other important things in your life that you care about. For example, your family, friends, cars, games, volunteering, etc. I remember times when I suffered through a breakup thinking that I would not get over it especially the ones that lasted for over a year, but I can tell you I did get over it. I remember the times I had with the person, but I accepted the fact that the relationship ended because it needed to end. Just keep staying strong, and if you believe that you two were meant to be together; then possibly you two will be back together again. If not, just remember there is someone out there, and waiting for that person is better than being stuck on a relationship that has ended.

I think we can both agree that you need to quit drinking alcohol once and for all. This was a sign you needed to apprehend accordingly, and you hopefully did it. Probably the girl you were with wasn't your most suitable beloved one, and there's more you may have from life at every corner. Trust me, I've been there, and can completely relate. I don't want to fill you with faux hopes, but it's the reality. Quit drinking and you'll see how everything around you starts changing into good things!
