I quit smoking 3 hours ago , all the cigarattes are in the trash bin .

  1. This is my 5th attempt to stay away from my smoking habit .

    I bought two packs of nicotine gum and i have started chewing it .


    From the past experience i have learned that
    Its important to stay warm
    Its important to stay away from too much youtube music etc etc

    Must meditate and find some peace

    Good luck to you, @woodywoodpecker3! You can beat the nicotine habit. The key is to keep trying and never give up. It probably took me 5 or 6 times before I was able to quit for good...almost 29 years ago. You can do this!!! Lean on us for help/support anytime you need to, okay?

    @woodywoodpecker3.. I am glad you had the will to quit your smoking habit gradually. There is no harm in trying things which will change and save your life. Well, I hope that my husband will do the same thing and I am praying for that to happen. Good luck on your journey to be a better person.
