Is there a way to send literally a entire family to rehab? Is there any way to have a judge make people commit to a rehabilitation program. Lets say they constantly get arrested, or have run-ins with the law over their drug habit. Is it possible then?

I think that would have to be a voluntary thing, where all the family members agree to go to rehab.

I don't think there is a way to force all of them. When a person is forced into rehab its on a case by case basis.
It would be wonderful if they all could attend rebah together. When you're in a family that all uses together it can be very difficult to quit on your own when your "support network" is not doing anything to respect you.

Well, if a member of the family (or all) get arrested and have a good lawyer. They propose a judge to order them to rehab and probation, not going to rehab would be a violation of their probation and they'd go to jail. But, that seriously depends on the charge.
