Who hasn't procrastinated on some level? I do it all the time and I need to get on the ball and start getting things done. Doing nothing is just plain laziness. Lots of opportunities have passed because I didn't get on it on time.

There are many missed opportunities. I completely agree with that.

I have to say, it's not always just about laziness though. Sometimes, it's fear. Fear of failure, fear of the unknown, fear of disappointing the people around you... there are many reasons.

Procrastination is one of my vices as well. And I would definitely say it’s less about laziness and more about fear and anxiety for me - what if it all goes wrong? But in the end that’s just an excuse, and I’ve missed so many opportunities myself because of it. I’m trying to be better about this.
