@Lisadevin1 hello and welcome. thanks for reaching out. are you able to see an addiction specialist? counselor? or attend a support group like Narcotics Anonymous? If you can't stop on your own... you may need to reach out for face to face help. of course, there are other treatment options like inpatient or outpatient rehabs.....

i'm glad you want to stop.... that's a good first step!!

keep coming here and sharing.... start thinking about a plan to stop, and what it might look like to get some help....

@Lisadevin1... You can stop if you commit to it and are willing to work hard at it. Cocaine Anonymous (CA) is a great group that can help you find sobriety. You can find out more about the group and their meetings at their website:

Hey there, just signed into this cause of a relapse. Your post was first I came across, by accident accually. I have had some good turns inspire of my bad state, but one peice of advice I hope to share with you is be honest with your loved one. I am alive and not homeless because of this. So many emotions go through go through ones mind after a bender of cocaine, stay hydrated and reach out to loved ones
