    I think that is a common story among many people who eventually start abusing. It's best to find some sort of balance in your life so you could enjoy all aspects of it by not having to make decisions based on fear. If you can, just tackle the problem as logically and objectively as you can and you may find you can regulate your thoughts and habits a little better.

    The money method is a good way to develop a good habit to replace a bad habit. It is hard to be depressed and not understand how to get out of it. Take one little thing work on that get good at that bad habit breaker and then start another one like dancing to get you out the house and meeting others the depression will go away.
