Someone is Harrasssing me and my friends over our drug use.

    If I am trying to recover from addiction or any psychological disorder and want to try meditation as a recovery method, how do I begin meditation.

    I was thinking the same thing. Meditation is good. Exercise to it helps with the anxiety
