As long as you know the truth, and the people that matter most in your life knows the truth. Let others think what they want. You can't control gossip, but you can control how you react to it. Just laugh it off you know the real deal. Busy bodies love to take the spotlight off themselves, and put it on someone else.

Some people want to create drama wherever they go. If there isn't any around, they'll look for it. I've been told I must be doing drugs because I'm normally very chill and mellow, but I know I'm not, and I can pass a drug test right now, and that's all that matters. Forget those people.

I haven't personally. I can imagine some people have a preconceived idea of what an addict looks or acts like though, and this might lead them to the incorrect conclusion. I think that leads to its own host of problems too as people miss a lot of harmful addict behavior because the individual doesn't meet their notion of 'an addict'.

It is very easy to identify if someone has been using heroine. Usually there are a lot of symptoms that can easily be identified. While the symptoms are not ALWAYS a sign of heroine (e.g. could be part of a sickness or something), I do not feel like others should judge someone. Yes, heroine is bad. No, we should not put the person down and make them feel bad. Instead, we should help them to recover from their addiction in a positive way.

You shouldn't be doing that in the first place.

Yes, I tend to get black rings round my eyes when I don't sleep well. Back in my high school and college days I would always stay up late to study. Next day, all the other kids would think that I was doing drugs of some sort. Strange, as I was often a top student and kept my nose clean for the most part.

Well, I've once had my parents suspecting I am on some hard drugs, it all went away when they realized that too much time passed and I'm not dead or even it that state anymore. Just be happy, they won't suspect you after a few months if you change your attitude and lifestyle.

I get the same things around my eyes but people just assume that I am a tired person haha. I don't get much sleep sometimes.

I have never been suspected as a heroin addict or someone who's taking heroin or other substances. I am mostly depressed but no one really asked me about it. I just don't really show what I am feeling since I don't want people to worry about me.

You are prone to this kind of stuff because drugs nowadays can be literally found at any corner in the street, and if people see a quite unusual guy in the street they will immediately assume he's a drug user. This is why you are probably labeled that way. Now don't get me wrong... I'm not saying unusual in a bad sense. All I'm saying, is that you've probably had an odd behavior lately which has made people think you do drugs.

Are you ok? Like, is your depression serious or do you just get down on some days?

Well, different people will make different assumptions. Those who have "drug phobia" will immediately mistake mild depression or just plain sadness for a tendency towards drugs. Others, who've been exposed to a different environment, would think differently.

Don't worry about what people think, remember this, if we worry about what people think, and we do according to what people say, we are no longer living for ourselves but being slaves for that particular thought and the person.

Sort of a funny story...When I was a senior in high school, I was trying to make money to help me get into college. I was working two part-time jobs at one point. One thing I did was donate a lot of plasma. The local donation center would pay you like $65 per donation. It reached a point where I had friends thinking that I was doing heroin because of the track marks on my arms.

haha that's really funny, donating plasma have the same effects like doing heroin specially the track marks on the arms, next time when someone donate his plasma he should cover his arms to avoid the doubts lol
