I've seen a lot in the news lately regarding the negative effects of sugar on the human body, and how much the average person goes over the prescribed limits of sugar intake on any given day. I have no doubt that I'm one of those who goes far over the line, as I absolutely love gummy candies, and I've been known to make jaunts to the corner store at 9, 10 at night just to pick up a bag of candy. Just writing about this is making my mouth water. Is anybody else addicted to sugar in the same way? I know it's not universal. My dad, for example, doesn't really like sweet stuff. If you are an addict, do you have any tips for offsetting the craving? I find fruit helps, but not as much as I'd like.
