This morning I got a call from my quit coach for a 10 minute interview about my quitting progress. She said that it was amazing that I had made it passed the month mark. I explained that I had been having heightened levels of anxiety some days and she asked if I was drinking a lot of coffee. I said that my typical was about 5 cups a day and she suggested that I cut down some. Apparently coffee hits you twice as hard when you quit smoking. Just thought I would share this.
