Hey, @Josh111187... Let us know how things are going, my friend. We're here and we care.
It sounds like you're doing a good job of resisting temptation and putting yourself and your family ahead of your addiction which is great! Good for you! As I can tell from the support on this thread, having someone who gets it helps. I find that helped me the most too. I worked with Serenity Health Group to get on a home detox programme - I felt it was best as it was discreet and I didn't have to be away from my family. I wish you health and happiness, Josh in your recovery journey.
@Josh111187 Hey dude, how you doing?I haven't heard from you in a few day's i hope everything is going well.I just want you to know we are here for you man,and getting through addiction is very though but you are doing great and i know it's not easy and no body is here to judge we simply want to be there for you as support and as someone to talk to.You told me a few day's ago about a moment you were feeling pressure and was looking for someone to talk to anyone, and you said you checked your phone and you had a notification from me lol.Well im glad i could be there in that moment and i want you to know im more than willing to be there again and still.Basically what im saying is im here for you man regardless of anything,"If we fall down we stand up,brush ourselves off,and push forward"Stay Strong and God Bless.Looking forward to an update when you get time.Take Care
Please check in with us when you have a chance, okay? Thanks, my friend!
Thanks everybody for the support ill tell you all about it tomorrow. I have been in hospital from spider bite. Just got home.
@Josh111187 glad you are ok man, looking forward to hearing how thing's are going when you get a chance
I am really sorry I have been absent everyone. But to be honest I have just been so unearthly sick from that spider bite and then the meds i had to take would not let me hold anything down so I could not get any valium or suds into my system so I went into severe w/d's and it got so bad I had to be med evact to a different hospital that could put me on a phenol barbitol and Vatican drip. Also they could administer methadone to me there. But I have seen the detox specialist early which was on Friday and now am back at home seizure free and not experiencing any discomfort. I am still wanting to be in touch with you all. I have just been to sick to literally pick up my phone. I am better now. And on a taper regimin that I feel I will be able to handle and not induce epileptic seizures in the process. Feels good to be back home. I look forward to speaking to you all.
@Josh111187 man it's good to hear from you I'm glad your back home and doing good,im sorry your having such a bad time out of that spider bite i hope its better now.Oh and no need to apologize glad you're ok

It sure does feel good to be back. And yep I feel one hundred percent and am now on my taper plan so I feel blessed. Really, I should be dead ten times over...I have no doubt that it is by the grace of God that I am still here and look forward to seeing what His plans for my life are.
@Josh111187 grace saves in so many ways. surely your spirit is strong in God, and you are doing His will even now... sharing your story and giving credit to your higher power. kudos! you're waking up to a greater plan for your life, and that will indeed touch and inspire others...
Glad you’re back home, @Josh111187! Grace is a wonderful thing, isn’t it?

Have a great day, my friend!
I like that quote.
Anne Lamont is my favorite author, @True concern. Her words heal me.
