It's not a bad thing you didn't like it! I think coke kind of has a reputation as being super cool and awesome because that's how it's shown in movies etc., whereas the reality is quite different. Next time save your cash and spend it on something you actually do enjoy instead.

Congrats. Remeber that feeling and channel it every time you are tempted to experiment with coke again.

Well, I liked it too much, that's why I had to quit. What I didn't like was all those trips to the bathroom, because people catch on what your doing really fast. You also keep snorting all night long until it's finished and you have to go out to get some more and that's when trouble beggins. It's not like pot, where you just smoke a couple of joints, get hungry, eat and go to bed.

I'm glad that you thought that! Cocaine is an awful drug that is one of the most addictive substances around. I am happy that you have not been consistently involved with the use of cocaine.

It's definitely a blessing that you didn't like it... Don't keep on taking it in the hope that you will, it's just not worth it.

I just don't believe in gambling with my life. I don't judge anyone else I am just not willing to take any chances here. I mean I see the danger and warning signs. So many lives have been harmed and loss because of this. In my mind, I don't see this as fun. We only have one life to live and I want to stay clean forever and live as long as I can.

I am there with you, I didn't like it at all too. I believe most of the people just like the feeling of it after you snort a lot or something though. They get addicted to the nice feeling it provides and they just want more and more.

You better avoid it at early stages. If you become an addict, then it will be difficult for you to stop. Better hate it as from now! Many have regretted when they find out that they have failed to quit using drugs. You need prayers! For sure! Hope you will never head that way.

Ohh but you are still drunk, you just don't "feel it."
Studies show that when both coke and booze enter your system they combine in ways that make it even more powerful and deadly.
Your so messed up you feel "sober" but you are not, and people can tell.
Just stay away from both of those, they are the devils work.

Well, er, good for you? My friends who did like it pretty much loved it for a while, and then realized that it was a rather destructive love affair for them. Might have lost fifty bucks, but then you saved a lot more money in the long run!

Friend of mine tried cocaine and he confirms that it was a complete waste of money. He did enjoy the high, told me that it was rather mild. However, the cost and the experience could not be justified and thought that most people are trying it out just because it's cool. I guess mileage varies from user to user, personally I've never been interested in trying out cocaine.

I had the exact same experience.

I've tried cocaine maybe three times in my life, every time when I was out partying with friends, and each time it just made me feel sober and gave me bad taste in the back of my throat. I never felt energized or something, unless the feeling sober part is what happened with that.

Never had the urge to use it again, like a lot of drugs I've tried back in the day.

Isn't it maybe a bit foolish to mix two heavy drugs when it's your first time trying one of them? Although I don't condone use of cocaine, I recommend that anyone who reads this doesn't mix drugs f0r their first time, simply for the purpose of harm reduction.

I try to stay away from it in general. The stuff just isn't good for you, and I never intend to try it. But everyone is different. Some people get super high off of it, while others, unaffected.

I'm glad you were able to escape a possible addiction. I've never heard of some people not liking a drug the first time they tried it out. I figured once you get a high, you keep coming back to experience what you felt the first time.

Well, maybe it's just the combination between coke and alcohol, alcohol makes you more like asleep while the cocaine makes you a lot more alert. However, you shouldn't stay in that environment, if I was you, I'd walk away from those people you were with while I still can. It's a good thing you didn't like it, don't try it again, just a friendly advice.

While I have never had an experience related to mixing up drugs and alcohol, I'm happy for you @kjonesm1 because is way too much better to have been left with the sense of just wasting your money that being left with a cocaine addiction that is often hard to tackle down.

Alcohol is either good, but cause less harm if compared with hard drugs indeed, and recovering from alcohol addiction is possible, yet not advisable for anyone to follow this pathway as an alternative though.

That is good! You not liking it will do wonders for you health. It is important to not get addicted to any kind of drug because it WILL lead to long-term health problems. If you had liked it, there would be a whole load of trouble waiting for you. It is definitely not worth it. A lot of people are not so fortunate and abuse cocaine, so consider yourself lucky!

Never tryed it and I won't never do that but a friend of mine did and he told me he was buzzed a lot and overall he liked it. He's not going to be addicted as he said but as far as I know cocaine is just like the cigarettes: you get addicted even though you're not really get hyped for it.

It's good that you didn't like it. And if you don't, it's better not to be so persistent and consume it until you do. I did the same with cigarettes and forced myself to like them, as I was convinced that smoking would make me forget of my depression and calm me down, until I got addicted. I wasted a lot on money on those things, and now I realize how much useful stuff I could had bought with that money.
