I'm entering day 3 of going cold turkey from a nasty addiction to dialaudid. I'm trying to keep it together but I'm starting to crack. I feel horrible and not getting much support at home, at all. My significant other is aware of whats going on but has her own stuff going on so support from her is minimal at best. I can't go to treatment, no insurance, and I need to go to work tues most likely. Cant afford not to. Please help with some tips to ease this pain.

I just started day one myself I have done this before years ago and had a recurring injury so I ended up back on the pain pills. Been using them again for a year. In my experience the bad feeling can last for a week or two just stay strong try to occupy your time and not sleep during the day
