I've heard that almost 100% of cocaine is cut with other substances before it even leaves the farms. Is there any truth to this?

There is %100 truth to this. Think about it, a drug dealer sells drugs for only two reasons. To make money and/or to get cheaper drugs. Why would they NOT cut it, it's not like they got into the drug game to be that one honest person who just want's people to enjoy pure cocaine.
Plus the things they are willing to put in it will often rival their greed. They don't care about you, and will put anything they can in it that will make them more cash.
I put a post on here about how it can be cut with levamisole. Evil nasty stuff I encourage you to look it up.

This is definitely true. Chances are, it will have been cut with something at least twice before it gets to you.

Over here, it tends to be cut with glucose powder, which is cheap and readily available. Using anything else would cost the dealers more.

Second you guys in the approach of having dealers hands-on drug as soon as they can.

The longer it takes to get it, higher the risks to get caught and jailed, so they have to move as fast as they can. Besides this also means that money will come faster than if they would wait for drugs longer periods of time.

Of course they're going to cut it. That's where the real money is being made. But they can't cross the line with it either, because the dealer knows it's his reputation at play with the quality of the stuff they sell. If the dealer gets a reputation for selling crap, people would just look for another dealer who sells more quality stuff. So, there's a limit to how much crap they can mix it with.

Yes, it's absolutely true. It gets cut well before it ever hits the streets. They weigh it down with other substances to increase it's monetary value (which, obviously, is based on weight). In reality, a quantity of about 2.5 grams of completely pure cocaine would cause an overdose, depending on height and body weight. Yet there are plenty of people who take more than that - it's just that it's not pure... ever! They get away with putting as little cocaine in there s possible- just enough for the user to experience their high. It's then supplemented with other much cheaper substances.
